Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake
    4 envelopes Dream Whip
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/4 cup water.
    Add boiling water, lemon juice, juice from pineapple and sugar.
    Let sit in freezer until syrupy (10 to 15 minutes). Break cake and put 1/2 into a large pan. Whip 3 envelopes of topping.
    Fold in gelatine mixture and pineapple.
    Pour over cake. Add remaining 1/2 of cake and top with rest of gelatine mixture. Add the remaining envelope of topping on top.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
