Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices white bread
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Butter bread slices on both sides, then cube bread slices and layer in bottom of baking dish. Brown sausage (drain).
    Crumble sausage over bread cubes.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese and pour over sausage and bread cubes.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
