Artichoke Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans artichokes, drain and cut in 4 pieces
    4 c. bread crumbs (save some to sprinkle on top)
    2 c. Romano and Parmesan cheese
    1 head garlic
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. vegetable oil (enough to moisten bread crumbs)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through and brown on top. Makes a large casserole or two small ones.
