Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 or 18 oz. can mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick butter
    1/4 box crushed crackers
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients and place in casserole dish. Melt butter.
    Place crackers on top of vegetables and pour butter over crackers.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
