Cod With Caper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cod fillets
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 green onion (including tops), sliced
    2 Tbsp. capers, drained and chopped
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Place fillets in pan; cover and bake for 10 minutes or until fish is flakey.
