Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup rice
1 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
3/4 cup water
Preparation

Mix together rice, ground turkey, salt, and pepper.
Make balls a little larger than a walnut size.
In a pressure cooker put in tomato soup and water.
Mix well.
It is best to place the balls on a rack.
Cook 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let cool 5 minutes before opening pressure cooker.
