Hunter'S Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. venison stew meat (can substitute beef)
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 beef bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/2 c. ketchup
3 medium carrots
4 medium potatoes
1 clove garlic or powder
dash of pepper
Gravy Master
Preparation

Flour pieces of meat, then brown in shortening.
Remove and set aside.
Brown onion separately after meat.
Add tomato soup and 1 soup can water.
Add bouillon cube, basil, thyme, ketchup, cut up carrots, cut up potatoes, garlic clove or powder, pepper and Gravy Master for color.
Cook 2 hours or until meat is tender and vegetables are soft.
