Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt butter, stir in flour and\tsalt.
    Add milk, egg, 1 cup cheese, bread crumbs and crab meat.
    Mix together, pour in greased casserole and top with 1/2 cup cheese and corn flakes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
