Chicken In White Wine And Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. yogurt
white wine
2 tsp. lemon and pepper seasoning
Preparation

Melt butter in shallow baking pan.
Place chicken in pan. Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in saucepan; add flour and cook briefly, stirring.
Add broth, stirring constantly, until mixture is thick and smooth.
Add yogurt, wine and lemon and pepper, stirring until blended.
Remove pan from oven.
Turn each chicken breast.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
