Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large tomatoes, peeled and cored, chopped into small pieces
    2 c. green peppers
    1 c. hot chili peppers (jalapeno)
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (if you want it hot)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in pan and cook for 20 minutes after it comes to a boil.
    Let cook, then refrigerate.
    Makes 1 1/2 quarts. Will keep in refrigerator for a few weeks.
