Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
6 level Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. warm water
Preparation

Cut flour and shortening together.
In a cup, measure 6 level tablespoons of flour, salt and warm water.
Blend with fork.
Pour over flour and shortening mixture and cut in.
Roll out dough as you would with any pie dough.
