Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. each cinnamon and allspice
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. flour
Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Add carrots and nuts. Bake in two layer pans at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes; cool.
