Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up
    1/3 c. flour
    4 oz. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Dredge chicken parts in flour and place skin side down in baking dish.
    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
    Lower heat to 350\u00b0. Remove chicken from pan and add the next 7 ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Add chicken broth and stir.
    Place the chicken on top of the rice mixture, skin side up, and bake for 40 to 45 more minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
