Oriental Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
1 medium cabbage head, chopped
1 green pepper
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 large onion
3/4 c. evaporated milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Cut green pepper into strips.
Chop celery and carrots thin and slanted.
Slice onions into rings.
Melt butter and add vegetables in large skillet.
Cover and cook 10 minutes or until vegetables are as tender as you like.
Stir in milk and heat thoroughly.
Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
