Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 corn tortillas, quartered
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
    1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook
    meat
    with onions until tender.
    Drain fat.
    Pour some meat
    and onion mixture over tortillas in a large casserole
    dish. Mix
    cheese,
    soups, sauce and milk together in a saucepan.
    Heat until
    cheese
    is
    melted.
    Pour some of this over
    meat
    and tortillas.
    Put
    another
    layer
    of quartered tortillas on top with meat mixture and repeat until tortillas, meat and
    sauce
    are used.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
