Gone-All-Afternoon Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    3 to 4 large carrots
    1 or 2 onions
    3 potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (optional)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. red wine
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Place all into lightly greased 3-quart casserole with tight-fitting lid.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 5 hours.
