Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium summer squash
    3 medium zucchini
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream soup (any kind)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
Preparation
    Slice squash.
    Combine with onion and carrots. Boil until squash is just tender.
    Drain.
