Mushroom Barley Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Chicken Bouillon cubes
    Mushrooms
    Carrots
    Onion
    Barley
    Salt
    Pepper
    Chili Powder
    Roux
Preparation
    Boil water (once boiled), add bouillon cubes, carrots and onion (chopped small) add barley.
    Cook until soft, add mushrooms. Make a roux, melt butter, add flour, stir in cold cream or milk and then stir until thick.
    Once roux is finished combine vegetables and broth with the roux.
    Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste.
