Gear'S Hot Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 onions
    12 red peppers (hot)
    12 green peppers (hot)
    1 pt. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Put onions and peppers through food grinder.
    Cover with boiling water.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Cover with 1
    part vinegar and 2 parts water.
    Let stand 20 minutes; drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar, salt and celery seed.
    Cook 20 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
