Ingredients

4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. Wesson oil
1 can coconut
1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Mix with spoon (not mixer). Cream eggs with sugar.
Add milk and oil; mix well.
Add flour, then coconut and flavoring.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until cake is done.
Then pour syrup mixture over hot cake.
