Chicken O'Porto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms, thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 chicken breasts
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. white Port wine
Preparation

Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes in butter (remove with slotted spoon).
Take flour, pepper and nutmeg and combine.
Coat chicken, then brown chicken in leftover butter.
Stir in cream, wine and mushrooms.
Heat to boiling, then simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice pilaf.
