Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    2 green peppers
    3 cloves chopped garlic
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    6 green onions
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage
    1 c. chopped ham
    1 1/2 lb. pork spareribs
    2 Tbsp. parsley leaves
    2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. thyme
    2 c. converted rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in large pot.
    Squish up tomatoes and add with chicken broth.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Brown smoked sausage and spareribs.
    Add along with ham to vegetable mixture.
    Add remaining ingredients except rice and simmer 20 to 30 minutes. Add rice and simmer 25 more minutes.
