Speedy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire
    6 oz. noodles, cooked
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add onion and garlic and cook until crisp-tender.
    Blend soup, sour cream, mushrooms, catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over meat.
    Cook over low heat.
    Toss butter and poppy seed with noodles and serve.
    Yields 4 servings.
