Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. melted margarine
1 c. mashed pintos
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
2 pie shells
Preparation

In mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar and mix well.
Add margarine and mix.
Add pintos, coconut and pecans; mix well. Make two 9-inch deep dish pie shells.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
