Sophia'S Cinnamon Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter (if made night before use 1 1/3 sticks)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 yeast cakes
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
4 c. flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation

Cream first 3 ingredients together and set aside.
Mix next 3 ingredients together and set side.
In saucepan, heat milk until skin forms.
Pour hot milk over butter and sugar mixture; stir. Add 1 cup of flour to butter mixture and stir together.
Add yeast once it has bubbled.
Add enough flour to make stiff dough.
Add eggs, and beat.
Add another cup of flour; mix into dough until elastic looking and dry.
Let raise in covered, greased bowl, until doubled (2 to 3 hours) and then turn.
