Voodoo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut into pieces
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large onion, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, peeled (leave whole)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    6 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, soy sauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Marinate chicken at least 3 hours in refrigerator; drain.
    Save marinade for later.
    Mix mustard and 4 tablespoons ketchup.
    Brush each piece of chicken with mustard mixture, coating well.
    Bake, skin side down, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (Bake on foil sprayed with Pam.)
    Turn pieces.
    Mix remaining ketchup with milk and reserved marinade.
    Pour sauce over chicken; bake additional 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
    Serves 4.
