Nutty Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 green onions with tops, chopped
    1/4 green pepper, chopped
    1 rib celery, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt, pepper and chili pepper
Preparation
    Shred Cheddar cheese; chop onions, green pepper and celery. Mix all ingredients except pecans until smooth.
    Shape into a ball and roll in pecans.
    Store covered in refrigerator no longer than 2 weeks.
    Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
