Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
    4 c. tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Heat 2 c. of tomato juice to dissolve jello.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Set.
    Note:
    Shrimp or crabmeat added are delicious.
