Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/2 to 4 c. carrots, grated (depending on how moist you like it)
    1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    Mix oil and eggs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour batter into 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 (low) for 40 minutes or until done.
