Unbeandle Diet Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 pimento peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 mushrooms, chopped
    1 qt. tomatoes, chopped
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    In a wok or cast-iron skillet, stir-fry the ingredients at high heat until beef is done.
    Drain liquid; add the tomatoes.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
