Steak Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tenderized round steak
    3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    1 small green pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    2/3 c. mushroom gravy (1/2 jar)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into 8 pieces.
    Brown meat.
    Transfer meat to casserole.
    Top with vegetables.
    Combine gravy and soy sauce; pour over vegetables.
    Cover; cook on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
