Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    2 to 3 red and green bell peppers, chopped
    1 small can sliced black olives, chopped
    4 large flour tortillas
    milk (if needed for thinning)
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and Ranch dressing until well blended.
    Spread tortillas with 1/8-inch cream cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with finely chopped peppers and olives.
    Roll up tightly.
    When ready to serve, serve, slice into 1/2-inch sections.
    Then arrange pinwheel style on serving plate.
