Mom'S Hearty Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Reserve four slices of bacon.
    Cut remainder into 1/2-inch slices (use kitchen shears).
    Fry until crisp, then remove from pan.
    Cook onion in 2 tablespoons drippings until soft.
    Combine onions, crisp bacon, macaroni, cheese and milk.
    Mix lightly and pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Place reserved slices on top and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
