Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Work in shortening, yeast and buttermilk.
    Knead and roll on floured surface.
    Cut with biscuit cutter; fold in half. Spread top with melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
