Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
3/4 cup orange juice
Marshmallows

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes until they are done and mash slightly. Add the remaining ingredients except marshmallows.
Put into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Top with marshmallows and bake until the marshmallows are golden brown.
