Zucchini Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Progresso Italian style or plain bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 can Pet evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, stir together bread crumbs, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; toss in cheese.
