Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Soften cheese and butter in a casserole dish.
    Cook spinach enough to thaw and drain.
    Add hot spinach to cheese/butter.
    Add lemon juice and mix well.
    Cover top with cracker crumbs.
    Place a few small dollops of butter on top of cracker crumbs.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 until hot (about 25 to 30 minutes).
