Buttered Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/4 lb. white fish fillets
    salt and pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt butter in a glass custard cup or glass measuring cup in microwave about 15 seconds on High.
    Put fish into a 2-quart glass baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Cook for 3 minutes on High or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
