Louisiana Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1/8 tsp. crushed thyme
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon.
    Drain and crumble.
    Cook onion, green pepper, garlic and thyme in bacon grease until tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except bacon.
    Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice and garnish with crumbled bacon.
