Spinach Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Parmesan)
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix well the Bisquick, milk and 2 eggs.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan.
    Mix altogether the broccoli, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, cottage cheese and 2 eggs.
    Spoon over Bisquick mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Asparagus could also be used instead of spinach.
