Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Add all ingredients, except vanilla in a mixing bowl.
    Mix on medium to high for 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla before stopping mixer.
    Pour into pie shell.
    You may sprinkle with nutmeg; then bake until firm (a knife inserted into middle will come out clean).
