Diet Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 tsp. oil
    1 can salt-free sweet peas
    1 can salt-free stewed tomatoes
    1 medium red potato, cubed
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. herb and spice seasoning
Preparation
    In skillet, cook onion in oil until tender; drain peas, saving liquid.
    Add liquid, tomatoes, potatoes, green pepper and herb seasoning to skillet.
    Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Reduce heat; add peas and simmer until peas are hot.
