Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 1/2 large jars baby carrots
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. coconut
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients with mixer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
(I use a cream cheese frosting.)
