Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

1 1/2 pkg. cinnamon graham crackers
2 sticks margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. broken pecans

Cinnamon graham crackers broken up and upside down on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. In a 1-quart saucepan, melt margarine (Parkay works best) or butter with a tiny pinch of salt. Add sugar and pecans and bring to a boil. Boil on medium heat for 3 minutes; pour over crackers and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool completely and break into bite-size pieces. Do not try to make on a rainy or damp day. They won't turn out crispy.
