Dijon Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. baby carrots
    water
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Cook carrots in saucepan of water until tender.
    Drain and keep warm.
    Combine butter, mustard, honey and ginger.
    Mix well. Pour sauce over carrots and mix to coat.
