Christmas Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. oleo, softened
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
5 egg whites
Preparation

Beat oleo and sugar until light and fluffy.
Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add to sugar and oleo.
Add milk and vanilla. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold in batter.
Add chopped pecans and coconut.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
