Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. self-rising meal
1 c. whole kernel corn
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sour cream
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Blend meal and flour together.
Add corn and 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, eggs and oil.
Mix well.
Stir in peppers.
Pour in greased pan.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
