Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (42 oz.) box rolled oats
    1 (12 oz.) box coconut
    4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1 c. oil
    1 c. honey
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat honey and oil in microwave for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Mix together the oats, coconut and milk powder in a large bowl.
    Pour in honey and oil and mix well.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Cool completely, then store in airtight container.
    Makes 40 (1/2 cup) servings.
