Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger and 1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, salt and spice together.
Add and stir until smooth pumpkin, milk and egg.
Pour mixture into 9-inch unbaked pastry crust.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for about 50 minutes or until firm.
Serve warm or cold.
