African Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. celery
    1 medium onion
    1/4 green pepper
    1 c. water
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can mushrooms
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Place rice into a dish with water; set aside.
    Dice celery, onion and pepper. Brown these with the hamburger, then add soups and mushrooms. Add the rice and water mixture.
    Mix and place into casserole. Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    During last 25 minutes, place a layer of chow mein noodles on top. Can be served with soy sauce.
